How it works

One clinic day, start to finish.

  1. Step 1

    Schedule and check in

    See the day and week by therapist. Book, reschedule, check in or cancel a visit, and record a no-show.

  2. Step 2

    Record the visit

    Mark the session in a few taps. Therapists add visit notes and a pain score. A package can’t be marked twice on the same day.

  3. Step 3

    Record the payment

    Log cash, UPI or card against the package or the visit, and print a receipt.

  4. Step 4

    Share with the patient

    Send their link on WhatsApp so they can see remaining sessions and home exercises.

FAQ

Questions clinics ask first.

Is this an EMR?

No. Clicovery keeps packages, appointments, simple visit notes, payments and exercises. It doesn’t do prescriptions, insurance or full medical records.

Can patients book online?

Not yet. Your staff book appointments in Clicovery.

Do patients need an app?

No. They open a private link you send on WhatsApp.

Does it message patients automatically?

No. Clicovery opens WhatsApp with the message ready, and your staff press send.

What if the internet goes out?

Clicovery needs a connection to load current information and save changes. While you are offline it won’t save, and pages already open stay visible. If the connection dropped during a save, check the patient’s record before trying again. A package can’t be marked twice on the same day.

Can reception share one computer?

Yes. Each person signs in with their own account, so every record shows who did it.

Can a therapist work at two clinics?

Yes. One sign-in, with separate access and records at each clinic.

How many branches can we use?

Clicovery works for single and multi-branch clinics.

Can we take our data with us?

Data export isn’t available yet. We’ll agree exit arrangements with each clinic.

What does it cost?
